Analysis includes many risk factors that may affect you in terms of liability and exposure. This exposure analysis is customized to your particular circumstances, some of the common segments that I review include: contracts, property, employment and payroll practices, state and federal regulations, intellectual property and much more. Upon completion you will receive a Summary Report that identifies the most likely risks that can threaten you. This analysis will help you understand your risks and present resolutions strategies and best practice suggestions.
