Representation Statement

I am currently a licensed and active attorney in the State of California, my bar number is 262169. As such, I may represent all California residents regarding state issues, and individuals and businesses across the U.S. regarding federal issues. My office is located in Encinitas, California but in many cases my communications with clients may occur through this website, by email, or by phone. I generally make court appearances only in San Diego and nearby counties, but court appearances are not required in every case.

Even with this said, you should not consider me your attorney or rely upon any information found on this website for any reason. I hereby DISCLAIM any reliance upon this website, emails or phone discussions with me until we have both agreed to a Representation Agreement. Representation forms an Attorney-Client relationship between us and can only exist when we have jointly executed a Representation Agreement. Only after we have both agreed to the Representation Agreement will it be possible for you to rely upon my advice as your attorney.
